This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains our privacy practices for the Service. It describes the ways your personal information and data is collected and used through our designated mobile application. It also describes the rights and options available to you with respect to your information.
It is your decision to provide us with your personal information. You are not legally obligated to provide us with this information, but we need it in order to provide you and your caregiver with the App’s functionality.
This policy is combined into our Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and is a part of them.
Information you actively provide us
Feedback and correspondence: You may share information with us when you respond to surveys, request customer support or otherwise interact with us.
Note: We will never ask you to send us or submit to the Service any sensitive personal information such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, union membership, religious beliefs, health data, biometric or genetic data, or sexual orientation.
Use caution and common sense when you share content containing or depicting personal information of yourself or others. You are solely responsible for any content that you share.
Our application may allow users to upload images that include human faces for the purpose of generating AI-enhanced content using third-party services.
1. What Face Data We Collect
We do not collect or analyze biometric data, facial recognition data, or facial landmarks. The image as a whole, which may contain a face, is treated as generic user content and not analyzed to identify or authenticate individuals.
2. Purpose and Use of Face Data
Images containing faces are used solely to generate AI-stylized output using our third-party processing partner. The data is not used to identify individuals or for any form of facial tracking or authentication.
3. Third-Party Sharing
User-uploaded images are transmitted securely to Stability AI over HTTPS to process and generate AI-enhanced images. Stability AI does not store or reuse these images beyond what is needed for the requested task. Images are not stored on our servers.
4. Retention
User photos (including those with faces) are retained temporarily in memory for the duration of the image processing session. They are discarded immediately after the AI generation process is completed. We do not permanently store any user-uploaded images.
5. User Consent
By uploading an image, users consent to its temporary use for generating AI content via our third-party partner. This process is secure and strictly limited to fulfilling the requested user action.
6. Data Protection
All image transmissions are encrypted using industry-standard HTTPS protocols. We do not sell, rent, or misuse user face data under any circumstances.
While we work only with third parties that provide appropriate data protection measures, we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted directly to them. We do not sell your personal data. Some partners may use cookies or similar technologies for ad personalization and analytics.

This service is not intended for children under 17 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 17. If you are under 17, you must not use this service.
We may update this policy from time to time. Updates become effective upon posting. If you disagree with changes, you must discontinue use and request deletion of your data.
